// Briefing

The brief

Nordvik’s pots sold out at markets but barely moved online. Product photos were taken on a kitchen table and the store ran on a default theme.

The approach

A small kit: one dark plinth, one light, one lens. Every piece is shot the same way, so the glaze is the only variable. The store follows the same restraint, with one column and nothing competing with the work.

Packaging is kraft paper, black tissue and a blank seal. Cheap to produce, easy to pack by hand.

// Debrief

Online sales now carry the studio through its quiet months, and the shooting kit lets them photograph a new batch in an afternoon.
